We are looking for a Senior Data Solution Architect who can lead data consulting, solution design, and delivery for multiple clients supporting data practice role. This role requires strong technical skills along with the ability to engage with customers, support presales teams, and help win new business. You will work with clients and internal teams to design modern data, analytics, and AI solutions that deliver real business value. Main objective for this role is to win more business through all required practice responsibilities mentioned below.

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

Consulting & Client Engagement :

- Work with clients to understand their business needs and current data environment.

- Define future-state data, analytics, and AI solutions that meet their goals.

- Run workshops, assessments, and help create strategy and roadmap documents.

Solution Architecture & Delivery :

- Design end-to-end data solutions covering ingestion, storage, processing, governance, reporting, and AI/ML.

- Build data models and define data flows and integration patterns.

- Guide delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented as designed.

- Help set and maintain standards around data architecture, security, and governance.

Presales & Opportunity Support :

- Work with sales and vertical teams to support new opportunities.

- Lead the technical solution for proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.

- Prepare solution designs, effort estimates, and delivery plans.

- Develop reusable assets and contribute to thought leadership.

Collaboration & Practice Development :

- Work closely with data, AI, and cloud teams to build and enhance offerings.

- Mentor and guide data engineers and other technical team members.

- Keep up with new tools and trends in data platforms, cloud technologies, and AI.

Learn and Scale Up Quickly :

- Understand client needs, opportunities, and gaps, and learn rapidly to address them.

- Take initiative to create plans, propose ideas, and help win new business.

Qualifications : B-Tech , MCA

Essential skills :

Required Qualifications :

- 15+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Solution Architecture.

- Strong experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and modern data platform design.

- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica, etc.

- Experience building scalable and cost-effective cloud-based data solutions.

- Good understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.

- Strong communication and consulting skills; able to work with multiple clients and teams.

- Experience in presales, proposal writing, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.

Desired skills :

- Experience supporting presales, proposal writing, and RFP/RFI responses in an IT services environment.

- Exposure to AI/ML solution architectures and integrating AI capabilities within data ecosystems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in multi-client, multi-domain environments.
