- 15+ Years in Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, Cloud, Platform Engineering, or AI

- MD / Head / Leader Equivalent - Chief Architect, Head of Architecture, Director/VP Architecture

- Managed a Team of Enterprise Architects (MUST) - proven leadership & mentoring

- Hands-On Design Authority - codes, prototypes, builds reference implementations

- Architecture as Code - codified standards, machine-readable reference architectures, automated conformance checks in CI/CD

- Infrastructure as Code - hands-on with Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi, or similar; policy-as-code

- Platform Engineering / IDP - built and scaled Internal Developer Platforms; golden paths; self-service

- Agentic AI & SDLC Automation - agentic automation across full SDLC; multi-agent systems; GenAI

- Multi-Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) - vendor-neutral; landing zones; containerization; microservices

- Architecture Governance / ARB - chairs architecture review boards; enforces standards without slowing delivery

- DevSecOps / SRE - CI/CD, GitOps, SRE, observability, security scanning

- Kubernetes / Containers - Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift; production experience

- API Strategy - API management, gateway, monetization, service connectivity

- Event-Driven Architecture - Kafka, Pulsar, Event Hubs, Pub/Sub

- Security & Compliance - Zero Trust, IAM, secrets management, compliance automation
