Description :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Power Apps Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and be capable of designing, developing, and deploying scalable business applications and automation workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations and deliver data-driven insights using the Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Power Apps Development :

- Design, develop, and customize Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.

- Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external data sources.

- Implement best practices for app design, data modeling, and UI/UX optimization.

- Ensure application scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Manage version control and deployment processes.

Power Automate (Flow) :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.

- Streamline manual business processes through automation and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing flows and automations.

- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within workflows.

Power BI :

- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Integrate Power BI with Power Apps and other data platforms for unified analytics.

- Optimize dashboards for speed, scalability, and performance.

- Provide actionable insights to business teams using data visualization best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 38 years of proven experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and SharePoint Online.

- Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, and data integration techniques.

- Experience in managing environments, security roles, and permissions in Power Platform.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Microsoft Power Platform or related certification(s) preferred (e.g., PL-100, PL-200).

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power Virtual Agents, or Dynamics 365.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerFX).

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
