Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. The role focuses on automating business processes, building low-code applications, and delivering data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)

- Create and manage workflows using Power Automate

- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, SQL Server, and third-party systems

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Maintain security roles, data permissions, and governance policies

- Optimize performance, scalability, and usability of applications

- Provide documentation, training, and user support

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers

- Ensure compliance with organizational and data protection standards

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform

- Strong knowledge of :

- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)

- Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows)

- Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization)

- Dataverse

- Experience with SharePoint, Azure, SQL Server, or Dynamics 365

- Understanding of REST APIs, connectors, and integrations

- Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and ALM

- Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400)

- Experience in government, healthcare, finance, or enterprise environments

- Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps)

- Knowledge of JavaScript, Power Fx, or C#
