Mandatory Skills :

Candidate should have hands-on experience with Power Pages portals Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, Model-Driven Apps and Power BI, by solid development skills in SQL, C#, python, HTML, CSS, azure functions and JavaScript.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Development :

- Architect and implement Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps in Power Apps

- Build and customize Power Pages portals for external stakeholder interactions

- Develop complex, maintainable Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop) to orchestrate business processes

Data Modeling & Integration :

- Define and optimize Dataverse entities, relationships and business rules

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, Azure SQL, REST APIs and third-party systems

- Write efficient T-SQL queries, stored procedures and views to support reporting and data

transformations

Reporting & Analytics :

- Design interactive Power BI dashboards and paginated reports

- Implement row-level security, DAX measures and performance tuning for large datasets

Full-Stack Customization :

- Extend out-of-the-box capabilities with C#, PCF components and plugin registrations

- Apply modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or equivalent) for custom UI components

Governance & Best Practices :

- Enforce solution lifecycle management : solution packager, ALM pipelines, environments

- Implement security models, role-based access and auditing in Dataverse

- Document design decisions, technical specifications and runbooks

Collaboration & Support :

- Work closely with business analysts, architects and stakeholders to gather requirements

- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting and performance optimization

- Train end-users and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions

Required Skills & Experience :

Power Platform & Dynamics :

- 5 - 8+ years developing Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and Power Pages portals

- 5 - 8+ years building Power Automate flows (cloud flows, desktop RPA/UI flows)

- 5- 8+ years designing Power BI reports and dashboards

Data & Backend :

Strong T-SQL skills : table/index design, stored procedures, views and performance tuning

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly CDS)

Development :

- Solid C# expertise for plugins, custom workflow activities and PCF components

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6+); familiarity with TypeScript and PowerApps Component Framework

ALM & DevOps :

- Experience with Git or Azure DevOps for source control

- Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions

Nice-to-Haves :

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)

- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps or Service Bus

- Familiarity with Azure API Management or custom connector development

- Prior consulting or client-facing project experience
