Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BO & Power BI Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Data Visualization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP BusinessObjects (BO 4.x), Web Intelligence (WEBI), Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise reporting solutions, transforming complex data into actionable business insights, and supporting reporting governance and data visualization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions using SAP BO 4.x, WEBI, Crystal Reports, Power BI, and Tableau.

- Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.

- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.

- Build semantic layers, universes, and reporting frameworks within SAP BusinessObjects.

- Design data models and datasets to support scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

- Ensure report accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance standards.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple data sources.

- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting, performance, and data-related issues.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams.

- Maintain reporting documentation, metadata definitions, and governance controls.

- Support report migration, upgrades, and enhancement activities.

- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Agile project environments.

- Relevant SAP BO or Power BI certifications.
