Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence professional to spearhead our data visualization and reporting initiatives. In this role, you will act as the bridge between raw data and actionable business insights, translating complex requirements into intuitive dashboards that drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, data engineers, and executive leadership, to identify performance bottlenecks and growth opportunities. By leveraging your technical expertise, you will transform how the organization consumes data, directly influencing operational efficiency and long-term business outcomes across multiple global business units.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-impact Power BI dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into key performance indicators and operational metrics.

- Design and maintain robust data models and complex DAX calculations to ensure data accuracy and performance across large-scale datasets.

- Execute end-to-end ETL processes using SSIS and Python to integrate disparate data sources, ensuring a seamless flow of information into the data warehouse.

- Optimize existing SQL queries and SSRS reports to enhance system performance and reduce latency for end-users.

- Partner with business teams to translate abstract requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that every visualization serves a clear, value-driven purpose.

- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends and anomalies, presenting findings to senior management to support data-backed strategic pivots.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Power BI and Tableau, with a proven ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly reports that simplify complex data narratives.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques, with the ability to manage complex data architectures within a data warehousing environment.

- Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation and automation, complemented by advanced Excel capabilities for ad-hoc analysis.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Proven track record of working effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across multiple time zones.

- A logical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to adapt to evolving business priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Candidates should possess 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or a related analytical field.
