Job Title : BI Developer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with our data warehouse, transforming complex datasets into insightful reports, and developing interactive dashboards using Power BI. The individual will play a key role in driving data-driven decisions within the organization.

Reports To : Director

Directly Supervises : N/A

Works Closely With : Clients, Project Managers, Cross Functional Team

Key Accountabilities : The Functional Bi Developer will perform at a minimum of following functions :

- Data Integration and Connection :

1. Connect Power BI with various data sources, especially our data warehouse, ensuring smooth data extraction and integration.

2. Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data preparation.

3. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity while working with large datasets.

- Report & Dashboard Development :

1. Develop and design interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide business insights.

2. Create custom visualizations, KPIs, and metrics tailored to business needs.

3. Develop reports that help stakeholders make informed business decisions.

- Data Analysis & Modelling :

1. Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

2. Create and maintain data models using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query.
