Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI and SQL Developer to join our data analytics team. This role is designed for a technical expert who thrives in a client-facing environment. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, designing high-end user interfaces, and managing complex data architectures.

As this role involves direct interaction with US-based clients, exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Visualization and UI/UX : Design, develop, and maintain visually stunning, high-performance Power BI dashboards. Focus on intuitive UI/UX to ensure end-users can navigate complex data effortlessly.

- Database Engineering : Write, optimize, and tune complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to ensure efficient data extraction and transformation.

- Stakeholder Management : Lead discovery sessions with US clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and present data-driven insights.

- Data Modeling : Build robust Star/Snowflake schemas and manage DAX expressions for complex measures and calculated columns.

- Optimization : Identify bottlenecks in report performance and implement SQL or Power BI service optimizations to improve load times and responsiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 5+ years of professional experience focusing on Power BI and SQL development.

- Power BI Mastery : Deep expertise in Power BI Desktop and Service, including Row-Level Security (RLS), Gateways, and advanced DAX.

- SQL Expert : Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or similar) for data manipulation, profiling, and validation.

- Frontend Sensibility : A strong eye for UI design - you don't just build charts; you build professional, branded analytical applications.

- Communication : Fluent verbal and written English, with the confidence to lead calls and manage expectations with international stakeholders.
