Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Developer to work on an enterprise-scale Crystal Reports to Power BI / Microsoft Fabric migration program. The role involves converting legacy Crystal Reports business logic into Power BI solutions, building Fabric components, implementing security, and ensuring complete report parity during migration waves.

Key Responsibilities :

- Convert Crystal Reports business rules into DAX measures, calculated columns, and Power Query/Dataflow logic.

- Build and maintain Microsoft Fabric pipelines, notebooks, Dataflows Gen2, and control tables.

- Maintain accurate migration inventories and register converted reports and datasets.

- Configure RLS and OLS on Power BI semantic models.

- Perform parity testing to ensure migrated reports match Crystal Reports output.

- Execute export, validation, and operational testing across migration waves.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand and replicate legacy reporting logic.

- Participate in migration planning, status reporting, and stakeholder sign-offs.
