Job Summary :

Seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Management Information System (MIS) dashboards for the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data modeling, business intelligence, reporting automation, and banking performance analytics.

This role will work closely with business stakeholder so deliver insightful dashboards and reports .

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for banking operations.

- Develop and automate MIS reports to provide timely and accurate business insights.

- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective reporting and dashboard solutions.

- Create robust data models using Power BI.

- Integrate data from multiple banking systems, core banking platforms, data warehouses, and external sources.

- Develop executive dashboards, portfolio performance reports, and operational MIS reports.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.

- Optimize dashboard performance and implement best practices for report design and usability.

- Support regulatory, management reporting.

- Provide end-user training and support for Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Maintain documentation for data models, reports, and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.

- 3 to 7 years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence reporting.

- Experience working within the banking, financial services.

- Strong understanding of banking MIS reporting and performance measurement frameworks.
