Your Job :
We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 3 - 7 years of hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance analytics solutions.

What You Will Do :
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.
- Build robust data models following best practices.
- Integrate data from SQL Server, Azure SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and APIs.
- Perform data transformation using Power Query (M).
- Implement Row Level Security (RLS).
- Optimize report performance and manage large datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Manage deployments, refresh schedules, and production support.
- Ensure documentation and governance compliance.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) :
- 37 years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience.
- Experience with Power BI Service, gateways, and refresh strategies.
- Performance tuning and optimization experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
What Will Put You Ahead :
- Experience with Azure data services (Azure SQL, Data Lake, Synapse).
- Exposure to manufacturing or enterprise analytics.
- Power Automate integration experience.
- Knowledge of data governance and BI standards.
