The role requires hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL, along with good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

- Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver scalable BI solutions.

- Build and optimize data models, DAX queries, and data pipelines.

- Integrate multiple data sources using SQL, ETL tools, or Python scripts.

- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and governance in reporting.

- Collaborate with business teams and guide junior members when needed.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Power BI and Tableau.

Required Skills :

- Strong skills in SQL, data visualization, data modeling, and DAX.

- Working knowledge of ETL, Python, and data warehousing concepts.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end BI solutions.

- Experience leading or mentoring a small team is an advantage.
