Role Area : Power Bi Developer

Job Description :

- Design implementing and develop reporting and analytics solutions.

- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL framework.

- Strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack (SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services, Analysis Services, Tabular model)

- Experience in creating and optimizing Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization.

- Experience in writing advanced queries and transformations with T-SQL.

- Expertise in building data visualizations with a strong understanding of the chart types which is used to highlight patterns in the data for unstructured and structured data sets.

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

- Create data visualizations to drive decision-making.

- Design and implement effective data models.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.

- Optimize performance of queries and visualizations.

- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and M languages.

- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Contribute to how analytical approach is structured for specification of analysis

- Contribute insights from conclusions of analysis that integrate with initial hypothesis and business objective. Independently address complex problems

- Participate in design of analysis and modeling approach with managers and modelers

- Extremely comfortable working with data, including managing large number of data sources,

Skills Required :

- Minimum 2years of BI Analytics development experience (with a primary focus on Microsoft).

- Minimum 2 years of Microsoft Power BI experience (Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query).

- Good knowledge in RDBMS concepts and design model.

- Strong understanding of SQL, T-SQL, DAX or similar database programming technologies.

- Advanced DAX calculations.

- Experience in writing advanced queries and transformations with T-SQL.

- Data Modelling, Analysis, Design, Testing, Development, and Implementation.

- Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

- Able to work independently to implement a solution with minimal guidance.

- Team Handling, Problem-solving, Work Ethics, and Creativity.

- Advanced Excel, Office scripts, Macros are a bonus.
