Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data visualization, reporting, and dashboard creation, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.

- Develop data models, DAX calculations, and measures to support complex reporting needs.

- Perform data transformation and ETL tasks using Power Query, SQL, or other ETL tools.

- Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all BI solutions.

- Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

- Maintain and update existing Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Support self-service BI initiatives and train users on Power BI tools.

- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and BI trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Gateway.

- Hands-on experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.

- Experience with ETL processes and data integration.

- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and business intelligence concepts.

- Knowledge of reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience in working with large datasets and complex data structures
