Duration : Long term extending contract.

This role will focus on delivering actionable insights through advanced data modeling, visualization, and analytics to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards with end-to-end ownership, including DAX for front-end calculations.

- Review, optimize, and enhance data models to ensure scalability and performance.

- Utilize Databricks Lakehouse platform for data hosting and processing.

- Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

- Implement automation scripts using PySpark for efficient data movement and processing.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to present data insights to stakeholders and support business objectives.

- Work with pharma industry datasets to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Proven experience with Power BI (end-to-end development and DAX).

- Strong data modeling skills with optimization experience.

- Hands-on experience with Databricks Lakehouse environment.

- Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.

- Familiarity with PySpark for automation and data engineering tasks.

- Experience working with pharmaceutical industry data.

- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with stakeholders.

Plusses :

- Knowledge of IQVIA Data Assets and their application in pharma analytics.

- Experience with Azure Data Factory for data integration and orchestration
