1. Business Intelligence & Visualization Expertise :

- Strong Expertise in BI Tools : Serve as the subject matter expert for Power BI, designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

- Work with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) as required to meet business needs.

- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and effective visual reports.

- Develop robust data models within Power BI, utilizing DAX for complex calculations and performance tuning.

2. Data Engineering & Warehousing :

- Demonstrated expertise in data warehousing concepts and best practices.

- Extensive experience designing, developing, and managing robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability for reporting.

- Hands-on experience with SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performing comprehensive query optimization for efficient data retrieval.

- Proficiency in data modeling techniques (e.g., Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) to support scalable BI solutions.

3. Cloud Platforms and Data Governance :

- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake.

- Experience with various data integration tools and technologies.

- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality standards, privacy regulations, and security best practices related to data storage and reporting.

4. Collaboration and Problem-Solving :

- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including business users, data architects, and analytics teams, to define metrics and reporting requirements.
