About the Role :

We are looking for experienced Power BI Developers to design, develop and deliver interactive business intelligence solutions, dashboards and reporting models. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, data modeling and SQL, along with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Build interactive visualizations, KPI dashboards and analytical reports.

- Develop optimized data models for reporting and analytics.

- Write advanced DAX queries and calculations.

- Connect Power BI with multiple data sources and transform data using Power Query.

- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and appropriate security models.

- Develop tabular and multidimensional models.

- Publish, manage and schedule Power BI reports through Power BI Service.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.

- Perform data analysis and identify trends and insights.

- Work with SQL databases, Azure data platforms and data warehouses.

- Support Power BI administration and report deployment.

- Maintain technical documentation and follow BI development standards.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers and technical teams.

Must-Have Skills :

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Power BI development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

- Strong knowledge of DAX.

- Strong data modeling experience.

- Experience with Power Query and data transformation.

- Experience implementing Row-Level Security.

- Strong SQL knowledge.

- Experience developing dashboards, reports and KPI scorecards.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

Good to Have :

- Power BI Administration experience.

- Experience with Azure / SQL Data Warehouse.

- Knowledge of PolyBase.

- Experience with Analysis Services / Tabular Models.

- Experience with Power BI Embedded / APIs.

- Knowledge of Visual Studio and related BI tools.

Education :

B.E / B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
