Role Summary :

We are seeking a Power BI Analytics Specialist who will be pivotal in designing, developing, and delivering a suite of executive dashboards for the CFO / CEO in a greenfield Microsoft Fabric / Azure environment. The candidate will bridge business stakeholders and the technology platform team, ensure rapid delivery of high-impact dashboards while set foundations for scalable analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

Dashboard Development :

- Design and deliver CFO/CEO dashboards (financial performance, liquidity, portfolio, pipeline, risk, and ESG).

- Prototype dashboards quickly based on evolving requirements, then refine into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Data Modelling & Integration :

- Connect Power BI to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lakehouse, and interim data sources (Excel, Front Office, Treasury, CRM).

- Build efficient semantic models and DAX measures for executive KPIs.

Business Engagement :

- Work closely with CFO office and team to understand requirements, validate KPIs, and ensure dashboards tell a clear executive story.

- Translate financial/business questions into data visualizations with actionable insights.

Governance & Documentation :

- Document KPIs, data assumptions, and refresh cycles.

- Ensure one-version-of-truth with Finance validation before executive roll-out.

- Prepare dashboards for handover into governed Phase-1/Phase-2 platform.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design).

- Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure Synapse / Dataflows.

- SQL proficiency for data transformations and validation.

Business Acumen :

- Prior experience delivering CFO/CEO-level dashboards (finance, liquidity, portfolio/risk metrics).

- Solid understanding of financial KPIs (EBITDA, cash flow, liquidity ratios, portfolio metrics, provisioning).

Soft Skills :

- Strong stakeholder engagement; ability to interact directly with C-suite and Finance teams.

- Ability to work independently in a greenfield environment with limited pre-existing assets.

- Agile mindset for iterative delivery (quick prototypes - refinement).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Banking, Infrastructure Finance, Asset Management, or Treasury reporting.

- Exposure to treasury systems (FIS Quantum), loan origination (Sentry), CRM (Dynamics 365).

- Knowledge of data governance practices
