Power BI Developer

We are looking for Power BI.

Experience : 6 to 8 years.

Location : Remote.

Notice period : Immediate.

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations.

- Strong expertise in creating executive-level (C-Suite) dashboards with clear KPIs, drilldowns, and visually compelling layouts.

- Good understanding of automotive domain processes such as production, supply chain performance, dealer operations, and vehicle lifecycle analytics.

- Proficient in DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced data modelling techniques including star and snowflake schemas.

- Experience working with large and complex datasets, optimizing performance, and implementing best practices for model efficiency.

- Skilled in integrating data from multiple sources including SQL databases, Excel, ERP systems, and cloud platforms.

- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive dashboards and meaningful insights for decision-makers.

- Familiarity with data governance, Row-Level Security (RLS), workspace management, and refresh/gateway configurations.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues, validate data accuracy, and ensure visualization quality.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, especially while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
