Power BI & CRM Analyst - SQL

Job Title : Analyst / Consultant / Senior Consultant / Manager Power BI & CRM Analytics

Location : Hyderabad

About the Role :

We are seeking talented professionals with strong expertise in Power BI development and CRM analytics to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for building advanced analytical solutions, creating impactful dashboards, and translating complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and visual reports in line with business requirements.

- Build Analysis Services reporting models and ensure compatibility with warehouse standards.

- Connect to diverse data sources, import and transform data for Business Intelligence solutions.

- Implement row-level security and manage application security layers in Power BI.

- Write and optimize DAX queries for complex calculations and analytics.

- Develop tabular and multidimensional models to support analytics initiatives.

- Schedule, publish, and manage Power BI reports using Power BI Service (SaaS) and other automation tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design prototypes, and create data models accordingly.

- Ensure proper documentation, design methodology, and adherence to project standards.

- Integrate Power BI reports into other applications via embedded analytics or API automation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development and CRM analytics (mandatory).

- Proficiency in DAX and advanced calculations within datasets.

- Ability to design data models and perform requirement analysis effectively.

- Knowledge of secondary tools and technologies such as Microsoft Azure, SQL Data Warehouse, PolyBase, Visual Studio.

- Familiarity with B2C marketing analytics (preferred for Senior Consultant & Manager roles).

- Excellent analytical thinking and data storytelling skills.
