Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Power Automate Developer to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate, along with exposure to Python, Azure, and GenAI. A background in Healthcare/EDI/X12 will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate flows for process automation.

2. Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs.

3. Work on AI-driven automation (GenAI exposure preferred).

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

5. Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Automate workflows.

6. Ensure compliance with Healthcare EDI/X12 standards (if applicable).

Required Skills :

1. Minimum 4-year degree in Computer Science/IT/related field or 3-year candidates must have a Master's degree.

2. 3- 5 years of working experience in Power Automate development.

3. Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).

4. Knowledge of Python scripting for advanced automation.

5. Basic understanding of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, etc.).

6. Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) tools is a plus.

7. Familiarity with EDI/X12 standards (preferred for Healthcare domain).
