Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled PostgreSQL Database Administrator (ADBA/DBA) with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex database environments and a proven ability to work in collaborative, client-facing setups.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, monitor, and maintain PostgreSQL databases in production and non-production environments.

- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning.

- Implement backup, recovery, and high availability strategies.

- Troubleshoot database-related issues and work closely with development teams to optimize queries.

- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Combinations :

Mandatory : PostgreSQL DBA / ADBA expertise.

Combination Skills (any one or more) :

1. Oracle + PostgreSQL.

2. MongoDB + PostgreSQL.

3. Cassandra + PostgreSQL.

4. MySQL + PostgreSQL.

- Strong experience in database architecture, replication, and clustering.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in hybrid working environments and client-facing roles.

- Strong documentation and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
