We are seeking a PolyglotSSE with a deep understanding of modern software development practices and the ability to work across multiple technology stacks.

The ideal candidate is technology-agnostic, passionate about building scalable systems, and thrives in fast-paced environments that demand adaptability, creativity, and strong technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade software solutions.

- Developed and deliver multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring control over scope, schedule, and effort.

- Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

- Mentor and guide developers across frontend, backend, and database layers, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.

- Participate in architectural discussions, technical reviews, and ensure adherence to design principles and best practices.

- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and deployment automation where applicable.

- Troubleshoot complex issues across different technology stacks and environments.

- Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, propose solutions, and manage delivery expectations.

- Drive non-functional requirements (NFRs) including performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging for complex production issues.

- Mentor small teams, enforce coding standards, and guide architecture and design decisions.

Required Technical Skills :

Core Expertise :

Must be proficient in at least one technology from each of the following categories :

- Backend : Java / .NET / Node.js / Python.

- Frontend : Angular / React / Vue.js.

- Database : Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MongoDB/MySQL.

- Cloud Environment : AWS / Azure / GCP.
