About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with an engineering background and strong mathematical foundations to join our team as a Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, deriving insights through root cause analysis (RCA), and enabling data-driven decision-making through predictive analytics and visualization tools.

Location : PB Gurgaon Office.

Experience : 4-5 years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and root causes behind key business metrics.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or QuickSight.

- Perform exploratory data analysis and build predictive models to support business decisions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

- Drive fast, data-backed decisions using sound judgment and real-time analysis.

- Proactively identify data quality issues and work to resolve them.

Required Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Math, or related fields preferred).

- Strong foundation in Mathematics, Probability, Linear Algebra, and Statistics.

- Hands-on expertise in :

1. SQL (Intermediate to Advanced).

2. Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Functions).

3. Power BI or Amazon QuickSight (Data modeling, DAX, visual storytelling).

4. Python (Pandas, NumPy, basic ML/EDA libraries).

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and make decisions quickly with limited information.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Good to Have :

- Experience working on revenue maximization problems, pricing, or yield optimization.

- Basic knowledge of ML model building or forecasting techniques.
