Job Title: Polarion Migration Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

Role Overview:

Polarion expert with strong understanding of data model and lift-and-shift migration, responsible for migrating Polarion environments with minimal changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute lift-and-shift migration of Polarion (application, SVN repository, configurations)

- Handle and migrate Polarion PostgreSQL database (backup, restore, validation)

- Perform environment setup (DEV/QA/PROD) on target infrastructure

- Ensure data integrity, traceability, and system validation post-migration

- Support cutover planning, synchronization, and rollback

- Troubleshoot issues related to DB, repository, and indexing

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Siemens Polarion ALM

- Deep knowledge of Polarion data model, SVN, and PostgreSQL DB

- Hands-on experience in performing migrations (datacenter/cloud)

- Expertise in Postgres backup/restore, tuning, and validation

- Knowledge of Linux, Tomcat, Java stack
