Job Title : Senior Teamcenter PLM Developer

Location : Chennai - Onsite - Hybrid

Notice Period : Joining within 15 Days

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Teamcenter PLM Developer to design and implement end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management solutions. You will be responsible for customizing and configuring Siemens Teamcenter to optimize engineering workflows. This role requires a "Full Stack" approach-from backend server-side coding (ITK, SOA) to frontend interface enhancements, ensuring our software architecture is scalable, secure, and user-centric.

Key Responsibilities :

- Teamcenter Customization: Perform deep-level customization using ITK (Integration Toolkit), RAC (Rich Client), and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).

- Technical Architecture: Design high-level software structures, determining the best technology stack and deployment strategies for PLM upgrades and integrations.

- Full-Stack Development: Build robust backend microservices/APIs using Java and Python while ensuring a user-friendly frontend experience.

- Configuration & BMIDE: Manage data model changes using BMIDE, workflow configurations, and access management (Rule Tree).

- Problem Solving & Quality: Lead TDD (Test-Driven Development) and CI/CD practices to optimize application performance and security (encryption/anonymization).

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Product Owners and technical teams to translate engineering pain points into functional software solutions.

Technical Qualifications :

- Core PLM: Expert-level knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter (Customization & Configuration).

- Languages: Proficient in Java and Python for enterprise applications.

- Tools: Experience with BMIDE, ITK, RAC, and Active Workspace (AWC) is highly preferred.

- Process: Strong background in Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines.

Experience & Education :

- Experience: 5+ years in IT; minimum 4+ years specifically in Teamcenter development.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
