Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced PLM Teamcenter Consultant to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise across Teamcenter PLM modules, hands-on development experience in both server-side (ITK) and client-side (RAC) customizations, and solid exposure to Teamcenter upgrades and Active Workspace (AWC).

This role requires deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-location enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Teamcenter PLM solutions to meet business requirements

- Work across multiple Teamcenter modules including:

- Structure Manager

- Workflow Designer

- Access Manager (AM Rule Tree)

- Perform and support Teamcenter (TCNX) application upgrades

- Develop and enhance server-side customizations using ITK

- Implement and maintain client-side customizations using RAC

- Support and upgrade Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC 3.2 and above)

- Participate in Teamcenter and NX testing activities, including validation and regression testing

- Analyze system issues and provide effective troubleshooting and resolution

- Ensure solutions align with Teamcenter best practices and architecture standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across locations

- Act as a team player, take ownership of deliverables, and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM

Strong functional and technical expertise in :

1. Structure Manager

2. Workflow Designer

3. Access Manager (AM Rule Tree)

4. Proven experience in Teamcenter (TCNX) application upgrades

5. Hands-on development experience in:

6. Server-side customization using ITK

7. Client-side customization using RAC

Strong programming skills in :

- C / C++

- Java

- Experience working with Teamcenter 10.x or later versions

- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC 3.2 and above)

- Good understanding of Teamcenter overall architecture

- Knowledge of MS-DOS and Perl scripting

- Experience in Teamcenter and NX testing
