Platform Support Engineer - Kubernetes

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- 7 to 12 years of strong hands-on experience troubleshooting production or customer-facing systems

- Practical experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments

- Hands-on with Kubernetes, AI tool, Cloud, Platform engineering, Infra as code, client facing roles, Observability - Grafana, Prometheus

- Ability to interpret logs, metrics, traces, and alerts across distributed systems

- Solid understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals, APIs, and service architectures

- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support or escalation role

- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical approach

- Clear communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences

- Experience using or integrating AI tools or large language models in technical workflows

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration in cloud environments.

- Strong background in Linux system administration, networking fundamentals, APIs, and modern service architectures.

- Practical experience with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

- Demonstrated success in a customerfacing technical support or escalation role.

- Ability to interpret and correlate logs, metrics, traces, and alerts across distributed systems.

- Structured, analytical problemsolving approach.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences.
