Planys Technologies - Senior Full Stack Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain applications with the basic web technologies.

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.

- Build scalable and maintainable frontend applications.

- Architect, design, and optimize database schemas and queries.

- Develop, debug, and deploy applications in Linux environments.

- Apply strong computer science fundamentals in system design and problem solving.

- Manage source code and collaborate using version control systems.

- Follow agile practices and actively contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Perform unit, integration, and API testing to ensure quality.

- Mentor junior engineers, review code, and provide technical guidance.

- Design, deploy, or support applications on cloud platforms.

- Demonstrate innovation, ownership, and continuous learning mindset.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience along with relevant UG/ PG degree is expected.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks)

- Solid experience with backend development, APIs, and server-side frameworks

- Strong understanding of databases, schema design, and query optimization

- Experience working in Linux environments

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Skills Required :

- Frontend : JavaScript (ES6+) TypeScript React.js (preferred) HTML5, CSS3, SCSS

- State management : Redux / Context API

- REST API integration

- Backend : Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask) or Node.js (Express / NestJS)

- RESTful API design and development

- Authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0)

- Microservices-based architecture (good to have)

- Database & Storage : PostgreSQL / MySQL NoSQL databases (MongoDB / DynamoDB good to have)
