Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL Developer with strong expertise in Oracle database development, ETL processes, and scripting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable database solutions, while working closely with cross-functional teams to support business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL programs, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
- Work on Oracle database development and performance tuning.
- Develop and manage ETL processes using Informatica or similar tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
- Write and maintain Shell/Python scripts for automation and data processing.
- Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Support system configurations and deployment activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and technical teams for timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Supply Chain Management / Operations Research or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database concepts and performance tuning.
- Experience with ETL tools like Informatica (or similar).
- Good knowledge of Shell scripting or Python scripting.
- Understanding of system architecture and SDLC processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have :
- Experience in Supply Chain or Operations domain
- Exposure to data warehousing concepts
- Experience working in client-facing roles
