Role : Senior Business Analyst.

Location : Pune, Maharashtra.

Work Mode : On-Site Full-Time Job.

Working Hours : 2 PM 11 PM IST.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong product and delivery exposure.

The role requires ownership of requirements, close work with customers, and clear collaboration with product, delivery, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage epics and user stories in Jira using proper formats.

- Gather and document business requirements through direct stakeholder discussions.

- Translate business needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with developers, QA, and Product to ensure smooth delivery.

- Support UAT, releases, and client demos.

- Handle customer discussions and respond clearly to direct questions.

- Contribute to AI-driven use cases and stay updated with AI trends.

- Follow prioritization frameworks like MoSCoW and RICE.

- Ensure delivery quality while working in a 2 PM 11 PM shift.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have) :

- 4+ years of continuous experience as a Business Analyst (no education gaps during this period).

- Computer Science background (degree or equivalent).

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in programming or databases (SQL or similar).

- Strong experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira.

- Comfortable handling direct, straightforward questions from leadership.

- Confident in customer-facing roles and stakeholder communication.

- Familiar with MoSCoW and RICE prioritization techniques.

- Strong understanding of AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.

- Able to work from 2 PM to 11 PM.

- Must fit within the approved budget range.

Good to Have (Preferred) :

- Previous experience in healthcare or ERP domains.

- Exposure to No-Code platforms, DMS, or enterprise SaaS products.

- Experience working with US clients.
