Experience Level : 4- 6 years


Description :


Key Responsibilities :


- Manage and maintain PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry / Tanzu Application Services) environments.


- Perform infrastructure production support, promptly addressing incidents and coordinating with multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders.


- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure preventive measures are implemented.


- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.


- Use BOSH for deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle management of PCF components.


- Administer Linux systems and manage configurations using Git and related frameworks.


- Monitor infrastructure using Splunk, Grafana, and similar tools to ensure system health and performance.


- Collaborate on network configuration, troubleshooting, and security management.


- Automate operational tasks using Bash/Shell or Python scripting.


- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, workflows, and support processes.


- Coordinate with external cloud vendors and service providers to optimize platform performance.


- Stay current with cloud technologies and DevOps best practices.


Required Skills & Experience :


- Strong expertise in PCF (Tanzu Application Services) and BOSH.


- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.


- Solid understanding of Linux administration and Git.


- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals.


- Hands-on experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform); exposure to GKE is a plus.


- Knowledge of vSphere and virtualization concepts.


- Experience with High-Availability (HA) and resilient master-slave architectures.


- Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting or Python.


- Familiarity with ITSM processes : Incident, Problem, and Change Management.


- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Grafana.


- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Certification in PCF, Kubernetes, or GCP.


- Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure).


- Exposure to DevOps pipelines and automation frameworks
