Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data management systems, including MSSQL and MySQL, and a strong ability to implement business logic.

You will play a key role in driving data analysis and visualization efforts across our organization by designing and developing interactive dashboards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze, interpret, and transform data to provide valuable insights for business decision-making.

- Work with SQL databases (MSSQL, MySQL) to extract, manipulate, and process large data sets.

- Implement and optimize business logic to automate data processing and ensure consistency and accuracy.

- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Quicksight and PowerBI, ensuring user-friendly interfaces for easy data consumption.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify and understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business operations.

- Maintain and improve data quality, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and available for analysis.

- Work on creating and managing data pipelines and queries for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience with MSSQL and MySQL, including complex query writing, performance optimization, and database management.

- Strong understanding of business logic and how to implement it within data systems.

- Expertise in creating interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI or Quicksight.

- Strong proficiency in data visualization techniques and best practices.

- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in a cloud-based environment such as AWS (for Quicksight).

- Knowledge of other visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.

- Understanding of machine learning techniques for advanced data analysis (optional).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
