ROLE PURPOSE :

We are looking for Sr. BI/Data engineering delivery head who will be managing delivery for data pipeline, data analytics and reporting. A Bachelor of Engineering in computer science or technology with more than 15 years of experience will be a deserving candidate. He should have analytics mindset to transform raw data into user friendly and dynamic dashboards along with developing Paginated Reports.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Strong delivery and stakeholder management skill .

- Team management experience is must.

- Managing Scrum and ensure Resource utilization

- Knowledge in ETL Concept and tools.

- Knowledge of data engineering roadmap - from streaming ingestion to analytics-ready layers.

- Define and enforce data modelling standards.

- Analytical Ability, Business Understanding, Merchant

- Knowledge in SSRS, SSIS and Expert in writing complex SQL Scripts.

- Knowledge of AWS Redshift for storing/fetching data .

- Drive cloud-native deployment strategies using ECS/EKS, Terraform/CDK, Docker.

- Collaborate with ML, product, and business teams to support advanced analytics and AI use cases.

- Mentor data engineers and evangelize modern architecture and engineering best practices.

- Understands requirement of a Dashboard/Report from Management stake holders and put analytical view to design dynamic dashboards using BI Analytics tool.

WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE :

Experience & Portfolio :

- Relevant Experience : 12+ - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, a related technical discipline.

Technical Skills & Efficiency :

- TSQL, ANSI SQL, PSQL, SSIS, SSRS, Apache Superset, PowerBI, AWS QuickSight. - Tableau, AWS Redshift, QuickSight, Pinot, Redshift, RocksDB or noSQL DB

Communication &Ownership :

- You must have demonstrated ability to manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Must be passionate to learn business, products and technology understanding with an entrepreneurial mindset.
