Our SaaS offering helps insurance companies in the US make smarter, faster decisions by leveraging advanced AI to optimize underwriting processes, reduce risk, and improve premiums.

As we continue to expand, were looking for an ambitious, results-driven SDE2 to join our Engineering team.

Position Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Python Developer with a strong background in building scalable SaaS applications and expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure.

This is an onsite role where you'll take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, contribute to system design, mentor team members, and thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Code Quality and Development :

- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable codebases.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production bugs efficiently.

System Design :

- Drive technical discussions to define the technical roadmap for the product.

API Integration :

- Ensure security, scalability, and performance in API implementations.

AWS Expertise :

- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and monitor systems using AWS services.

Mentorship and Team Collaboration :

Ownership and Management :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business goals with technical deliverables.

- Exhibit a proactive, managerial ownership attitude in delivering results.

Startup Journey :

- Adapt and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.

Must-Have :

- In-depth knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure with hands-on experience of 3+yrs.

- Expertise in LLD and HLD for designing scalable and reliable systems with hands-on experience of 3+yrs.

- Proven track record of API integration and troubleshooting production bugs.

- Experience in managing code quality, performing reviews, and adhering to development best practices with hands-on experience of 2+yrs.

- Understanding of frontend-backend integration for delivering seamless user experiences.

Good-to-Have :

- Exposure to observability tools for performance monitoring and debugging.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of frontend development, with experience in JavaScript frameworks like React.
