PHP/Node.js Developer

Description :

Position : PHP + Node.js Developer

Experience : 3.5 to 5 Years

Location : Jaipur

Work Mode : On-site (5 Days)

Skills Required :

PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, MySQL, MongoDB, basic frontend understanding (React is a plus)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery

- Architect, design, and maintain backend systems and APIs using PHP, Node.js, and JavaScript

- Collaborate with frontend developers for seamless integration of backend services

- Drive technical discussions and provide solutions to complex challenges

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain quality

- Work with product managers and stakeholders to define technical solutions

- Stay updated with industry trends and share knowledge with the team

- Participate in recruitment, including interviewing and assessing technical skills

Desired Profile :

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field

- Strong backend development skills

- Good communication and problem-solving abilities

- Mentoring experience is a plus
