Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using PHP 7/8.

- Work with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony frameworks to deliver scalable backend systems.

- Lead architecture design discussions and guide junior developers.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Manage database design, performance tuning, and complex query optimization in MySQL.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control practices, and secure development.

- Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate dynamic and responsive UI components.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.

- Conduct code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Stay up to date with the latest PHP trends, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in PHP development.

- Strong expertise in PHP 7/8, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Hands-on experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony frameworks.

- Excellent understanding of MVC architecture, OOP principles, and design patterns.

- Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party systems.

- Familiarity with Git, Composer, and modern development workflows.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

- Good understanding of web security best practices.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js, or Angular.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud deployments (AWS / Azure).

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API versioning.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
