About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced PHP Architect with 15+ years of proven expertise in designing, developing, and architecting enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader, capable of guiding a development team while ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP, Symfony, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.

- Define architecture and implement efficient, reusable, and scalable solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.

- Lead a development team of 68 members, driving best practices and technical excellence.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API docs, and user guides.

- Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and workflow improvements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (Symfony preferred) and MySQL.

- In-depth understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and data structures.

- Experience in RESTful API development, integration, and consumption.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
