PharmEasy - Technical Lead - Java/Python

Responsibilities :

- Design, architect, and build scalable, reliable systems handling millions of API calls.

- Lead complex system design using best practices and design patterns.

- Integrate AI to enhance customer experience and reduce costs.

- Own technical deliverables and ensure end-to-end accountability.

- Collaborate with product and business teams to align on technical roadmaps.

- Break down projects into sprints with clear estimates and direction.

- Mentor team members and promote development best practices.

- Build reusable libraries and standardized platform components.

- Monitor system performance, establish SLAs, and drive reliability.

- Handle production incidents and lead root cause analysis.

- Enforce code quality, reviews, and technical documentation.

- Rapidly prototype to validate technical solutions.

- Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless delivery.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks early.

Requirements :

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.

- Expertise in at least one tech stack (Java, Python, Node.js, Go).

- Strong design and system architecture skills in distributed systems.

- Experience integrating AI in systems and development workflows.

- Proven ability to build reusable frameworks and production systems.

- Deep understanding of scalability, security, and performance.

- Skilled in system monitoring, optimization, and documentation.

- Excellent communication, mentorship, and leadership abilities.

- Agile, TDD, and CI/CD experience.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
