About the job :

We are looking for a skilled Java Kafka Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining real-time data streaming applications using Apache Kafka and Java technologies. Your role will be critical in building scalable and fault-tolerant event-driven systems that support our business needs.

What You'll Do :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using Spring Framework.

- Develop and manage event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.

- Implement enterprise integration solutions using Apache Camel.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues related to messaging and integration flows.

- Ensure code quality by conducting code reviews and writing unit/integration tests.

- Participate in agile development processes and deliver high-quality software on schedule.

- Mentor junior developers and share best practices across the team.

Expertise You'll Bring :

- 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud).

- Solid experience with Apache Kafka for building event-driven architectures.

- Hands-on experience with Apache Camel for enterprise integration patterns.

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and messaging systems.

- Experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
