- Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration solutions across global enterprise platforms.

- This role demands deep expertise in integration architecture and hands-on experience with development and support using Dell Boomi.

- You will ensure seamless connectivity between systems such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and EDI, while managing API integrations across the enterprise.

- Manage full lifecycle delivery of integration solutions using Boomi AtomSphere.

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations using Boomi or similar platforms.

- Handle EDI X12 standards, REST/SOAP APIs, and microservices.

- Collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to build scalable, reusable integration solutions.

- Ensure compliance with IT governance, change management, and release protocols.

- Manage support activities including incident, problem, and service request handling (ITIL framework).

- Drive automation and continuous improvement within integration operations.

- Support migration initiatives (e.g., transitioning from webMethods to Boomi).

- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for delivery assurance and capacity planning.

- 12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi.

- Strong understanding of integrations with SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and EDI standards.

- Experience with API Management platforms (Boomi API Gateway, Apigee, Azure API Management).

- Proven ability in Boomi optimization and capacity planning.

- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams across development and support.

- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience with cloud-based integrations (AWS/Azure).

- Boomi Professional Developer or Architect certification preferred.
