Job Title : Performance Test Engineer

Location : Pune (Onsite/Hybrid as per project requirement)

Experience : 6+ Years (Minimum 4 Years in Performance Testing with LoadRunner)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in LoadRunner and performance testing methodologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, executing, and analyzing performance test scripts, along with integrating monitoring tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance/load/stress tests using LoadRunner.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to understand system architecture and performance requirements.

- Conduct performance analysis, identify bottlenecks, and provide tuning recommendations.

- Integrate and work with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools (such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana, or similar).

- Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.

- Support performance engineering best practices and continuous improvements.

- Troubleshoot issues across web, middleware, and database layers.

Must Have Skills :

- Performance Testing : 4+ years of hands-on experience in LoadRunner (mandatory).

- Strong scripting and scenario design skills in LoadRunner.

- Experience in monitoring tool integration (AppDynamics / Dynatrace / New Relic / Grafana, etc.).

- Expertise in analyzing test results and system resource utilization (CPU, Memory, Threads, DB connections, etc.).

- Good understanding of end-to-end system architecture (Web, Middleware, Database).

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of JMeter, BlazeMeter, or other performance testing tools.

- Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration for performance testing.

- Cloud performance testing (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Basic understanding of scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or Shell scripting.

Qualification : Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
