We are now looking for a seasoned Performance Tester to join our Pune team to ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and scalability.

Role Summary :

The Performance Tester will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance and load tests for enterprise applications across cloud and on-premises environments. The role requires strong expertise in performance testing tools like LoadRunner and JMeter, coupled with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps pipelines and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace. Knowledge of modern architectures, including microservices and Kubernetes, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance, load, stress, and endurance test plans.

- Analyze system performance metrics and identify bottlenecks in applications, databases, and infrastructure.

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to define performance goals, SLAs, and KPIs.

- Implement performance testing within CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Dynatrace and other APM tools.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve system scalability and reliability.

- Simulate real-time scenarios to test applications under various load conditions.

- Prepare detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and trend analyses for stakeholders.

- Support performance tuning initiatives for microservices-based applications deployed on Kubernetes.

- Maintain test scripts, performance test data, and test environments in alignment with organizational standards.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in Performance Testing methodologies, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.

- Hands-on expertise with LoadRunner and JMeter.

- Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD integration and automated performance testing.

- Knowledge of Dynatrace or other Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and containerization using Kubernetes.

Secondary Skills (Desirable) :

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation.

- Experience with database performance testing (SQL/NoSQL).

- Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud-native deployment strategies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
