Performance Engineering Manager

Job Description :

- 10+ years of experience in Performance Engineering, Quality Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or related fields.

- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.

- Strong software engineering background with Java and/or Python.

- Experience building custom frameworks, automation platforms, and engineering tools.

- Expert knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, k6, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, or NeoLoad.

- Strong experience testing APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.

Good to Have :

- Experience with AI/GenAI-enabled testing and engineering platforms.

- Knowledge of Chaos Engineering, resilience testing, and capacity forecasting.

- Cloud, Kubernetes, Performance Engineering, or SRE certifications.
