Perfaware - Salesforce Technical Lead - Apex/LWC

Description :

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable architecture.

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and functional leads to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.

- Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Flows.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and web services.

- Design and implement Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel, Live Agent, CTI integrations, and Service Console.

- Oversee the code review process, enforce coding standards, and mentor development teams on Salesforce best practices.

- Manage DevOps processes, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment management.

- Conduct performance optimization, debugging, and scalability reviews across Salesforce components.

- Ensure data integrity and governance by implementing effective data models, sharing rules, and access controls.

- Work closely with QA and UAT teams to ensure functional accuracy and technical stability.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project lifecycles, including estimation, design documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

Core Salesforce Expertise :

- 8 to 10 years of total IT experience with at least 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.

- Proven implementation experience in Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omnichannel, CTI, Macros, Knowledge, Entitlements, etc.

- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes/Triggers, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builder.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Sharing Rules.

- Experience in building and maintaining custom REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.

Tools & Technologies :

- Proficiency with Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, Workbench, and Postman.

- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated deployment frameworks.

- Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service is an added advantage.

Leadership & Delivery Skills :

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, fostering continuous learning and skill enhancement.

- Provide technical estimates, effort breakdowns, and resource planning for project delivery.

- Act as a technical advisor during client discussions, demonstrating architectural reasoning and solution viability.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, documentation guidelines, and security policies.

- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring quality and timely delivery of project deliverables
