- Promote People Analytics & Workforce Reporting strategy, support model and execution
- Develop in partnership with Manager analytics deliverables (e.g. Board Reporting, People and Culture Scorecard, etc.
- Lead monthly and quarterly reporting processes to include updating Tableau Dashboards, gather insights from Tableau Dashboards, and provide ESG metrics to Leadership
- Assist and monitor the security and access of Tableau HR Enterprise Hub
- Lead the execution of ad hoc manual requests from stakeholders
- Generate insights to yield valuable organizational, functional and segment actions
YOU HAVE :
- Academic background in Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years analytics experience, preferably within Human Resources or People Reporting capacity.
- 3+ years of experience using Tableau and/or dashboard creation & data visualization skills and
- 2+ years of experience using HRIS software, preferably Workday
