Picture Yourself At Pega As a Senior Software Engineer on the CDH product team, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and validating new features using Pega Infinity.

Youll bring strong technical acumen and domain expertise to the table, while also engaging with customers to resolve issues empathetically and effectively.

Your contributions will directly impact on the quality and performance of our application, helping maintain a high application quality score.

What You'll do :

- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric features.

- Contribute to the end-to-end UI behavior, and implementation of CDH features.

- Translate product requirements into intuitive user flows, interactions, and UI logic.

- Improve usability by understanding user needs and going beyond documented requirements.

- Identify opportunities to enhance Pega Infinitys UI capabilities and propose improvements.

- Ensure consistency across screens, components, and interactions within the CDH ecosystem.

- Provide clear communication on progress, challenges, and design decisions.

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes and support continuous UI and product improvement.

- Innovate by proposing UI-driven solutions to complex experience or interaction challenges.

What You've Accomplished :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with UI component development and responsive design.

- Familiarity with web technologies, REST APIs, HTTP, and browser debugging tools.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
