Role Overview :

As a Senior Software Engineer Full-Stack Pega Developer, you will design, implement, and deliver end-to-end Pega solutions. You will work across the front-end and back-end layers, integrating Pega rules with web technologies and APIs, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega Infinity applications, including full-stack development.

- Implement Pega case management flows, business rules, background processing, and decisioning logic.

- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations, connectors, and data transformations.

- Enhance front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Pega UI rules (Sections, Harnesses,

Portals).

- Build responsive, dynamic, and maintainable UI components within Pega applications.

- Ensure high-quality code by writing unit tests, automated test scripts (Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright), and performing code reviews.

- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum processes, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and propose enhancements.

- Mentor junior developers on full-stack Pega development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4- 6 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development with full-stack responsibilities.

- Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) with expertise in :

1. Case Management & Business Rules

2. Integrations & Background Processing

3. Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, Decisioning

4. UI design : Sections, Harnesses, Portals, responsive layouts

5. Front-End Development : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), UI frameworks, and responsive design principles.

6. Back-End & Integration : Java, Pega Activities, REST/SOAP APIs, and database queries.

- Strong understanding of full-stack architecture, performance optimization, and scalable design patterns.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, version control).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
