Pega Senior System Architect - PRPC

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Pega Senior System Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, rule-based Pega Platform applications that drive digital transformation across global business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in Pega methodologies, integration technologies, and application architecture, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Pega applications following best practices and Pega Guardrails.

- Architect and build robust, reusable, and scalable components on the Pega Platform.

- Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and related integration protocols.

- Develop workflows, business rules, and decisioning solutions using Pega PRPC, Pega Workflow, and Pega Decisioning components.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Lead and manage technical initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development.

- Strong understanding of Pega methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

- Proficiency in Pega PRPC, workflow design, and decisioning tools.

- Experience with integration services, including REST, SOAP, and other middleware technologies.

- Solid understanding of SQL and database management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Mandatory Pega Certifications : CSA & CSSA.
